		<description>UNICEF has no sense! How the heck can they say a child should not be adopted into a country where there is racial discrimination when GUATEMALA and EVERY COUNTRY IN THE WHOLE WORLD has racial discrimination. Are they saying a child should not be adopted ever? &lt;br /&gt;

UNICEF&#039;s &#039;beliefs&quot; are choke material, and the fact that they&#039;re now jumping off the hook with the &quot;decision of how cases in process will be treated is the sole responsibility of the Guatemalan Government&quot; line is stomach turning. As if they&#039;ve had nothing to do with how the Guatemalan government is coming to this issue!&lt;br /&gt;
