Dear Mr. Swanson,
I just wanted to write you a note thanking you for finding my wife and me airplane reservations to and from Guatemala during the busy week before Thanksgiving. You put in late hours and it was greatly appreciated. The airplane tickets arrived in only two days. The travel from Cincinnati, through Cleveland and Houston to Guatemala City and back went without a hitch. Our baby son, Michael is beautiful and we are very happy to have him back for all of the big family holidays. We will refer others to you. Thanks again,
Seasons Greetings,
Bill Spurling
In early November, 1989, my wife and I traveled to Santiago, Chile, to adopt our first daughter named Julia. She was 2 1/2 years old when we first met her and she very quickly became the apple of our eye. Due to a National election, the Christmas and New Year's holidays and a great deal of bureaucratic red tape we finally returned home with her in January, 1990. In March, 1994, we traveled to Asuncion, Paraguay to adopt her sister, a beautiful 2 year old named Gabriela. We brought her home in June, 1994. The experience we gained in the more than two month stays in each of the countries gave us valuable insight into the entirety of the adoption process. But this is only part of the story. Without the travel arrangements we made for ourselves the adoptions would never have happened. In the course of setting up our flights, we soon realized the tremendous need for someone who had the expertise of an experienced travel professional coupled with the knowledge gained from being an adoptive parent. We strive to impart the benefit of this experience and knowledge to each and every one of the families we work with. It is our desire to help all of the adoptive families we come in contact with by making their travel the best experience possible.
